ULI UrbanPLAN Workshops
ULI will be hosting an interactive workshop to dive deeper into the complexities of development.
The UrbanPlan Workshop is a five-hour program ideal for stakeholders, community members and public officials who would like to learn more about the fundamental forces that shape and affect the built environment and the important leadership roles that affect the real estate development process.
The Workshop uses a hands-on, interactive process to enable participants to better understand the trade-offs and risk at play in the entitlement and negotiation process associated with land use, especially in public/private partnerships. The UrbanPlan case study is an example of a City-led redevelopment effort where compromise needs to be met between the locality, development team selected in the RFP, and the community.
Spanish speakers will be available for both workshops.

Housing Strategy Work Session
Join us as we present our draft Housing Strategy to City Council during the July 20 Work Session. We'll provide an overview of the strategy, including its goals, key recommendations, and proposed actions to help address El Paso's housing needs. Community members are welcome to attend and observe the Council's discussion.
